Peer Support Group
Gives an opportunity for adult survivors to share strategies that help them in everyday situations.
Family Support Group
Allows spouses, parents and friends of people with brain injury to share their experiences. Encourages support from others in the group who live with similar challenges.
Drop-In
Is an informal gathering of members on a weekly basis. Participants are encouraged to bring their lunch.
Peer Mentoring Program
Trained mentors provide a listening ear, guidance and support on daily challenges and share personal experiences and coping mechanisms.

The Step Up Work Centre Program
The Step Up Work Centre is a member directed day program that was designed for individuals who are living with the effects of an acquired brain injury.
Artistic Expressions Workshop Program
This program provides an opportunity for ABI survivors and/or family members to learn new coping mechanisms by drawing on their creative abilities.
